TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE WEBSITE WWW.APCDT.RO AND PARTICIPATING IN APCDT EVENTS

This document sets forth the terms and conditions for using the website www.apcdt.ro and for participating in events organized by the Toplița Parents of Children with Disabilities Association (APCDT), with its registered office at Nicolae Bălcescu, Bl. B, Sc. 5, Ap. 14, Tax ID 28462972.

By accessing the website or participating in our activities and events, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT APCDT AND ORGANIZED EVENTS

APCDT organizes events such as:

"Today, Only People!" (ADO)
"A Cross for Each" (OCPF)

APCDT’s objectives:

Promotion of civic engagement
Support for people with disabilities and their families
Organization of awareness events and campaigns
Construction and development of a Day Center for people with disabilities in Toplița

2. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN EVENTS

2.1. Registration

Registration is done through the online form available on www.apcdt.ro in the EVENTS section.
Tickets are free, limited to a maximum of 3 per participant per registration session.
Completing the form and confirming registration implies acceptance of the participation terms.

2.2. Event Access

Access to the venue is between 17:20 and 17:45. Access is not permitted after 18:00.
Leaving the hall is only permitted during breaks or in emergency situations.

2.3. Rules of Conduct

Participants must show respect for others and for the venue. Any damage caused is the responsibility of the person who caused it. The organizers are not responsible for incidents caused by participants.

3. ONLINE DONATIONS

3.1. Payment Methods

Online donations are made exclusively through the Stripe platform, a secure payment processor.

3.2. Transaction Security

APCDT does not store or have access to bank card data. Transactions are encrypted and secured in accordance with Stripe standards.

3.3. Donation Confirmation

Donors will receive an automatic confirmation via email, along with the donation details.

3.4. Donation Refund Policy

Donations made on www.apcdt.ro are considered non-refundable contributions.
In exceptional cases (technical errors, multiple payments), donors can send a refund request to the email address: contact@apcdt.ro.
Requests will be analyzed and processed within a maximum of 14 business days.

3.5. Use of Funds

The funds collected are used for APCDT's statutory purposes, namely:

Event organization
Development and support of the day center for people with disabilities
Support projects for people with disabilities and their families

3.6. Fiscal Receipts

APCDT issues receipts for each donation upon the donor's request. Requests should be sent to contact@apcdt.ro.

4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the www.apcdt.ro website.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials available on the site (texts, graphics, logos, images, video materials) are the property of APCDT and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent.

Exceptions are cases provided by law regarding the right to citation or use for educational purposes.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

APCDT does not guarantee continuous or error-free access to the site.

We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or participation in events, except in cases of gross negligence.

7. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The site may contain links to other websites. APCDT is not responsible for their content or privacy policy.

8. NOTIFICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

Complaints regarding APCDT donations or services should be sent via email to contact@apcdt.ro. The response time is 30 calendar days.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APCDT reserves the right to modify this document. The updated version will be published on the site, with the last update date displayed at the beginning of the document.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
